We look forward to getting to know you, answering your questions, and helping you reach your plastic surgical goals.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment time to another patient.
If you have a major medical emergency, dial 911 and go to your nearest Emergency Center. After hours for urgent medical questions that cannot wait until normal office hours, you may contact us through the answering service by calling our office number.
If your surgery is reconstructive in nature and considered "medically necessary", it may be covered by your health insurance. Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your initial office visit. Office visit fees or co-payments are due at the time of your initial office visit. After your consultation, if surgery is planned, we will contact your insurance company to obtain prior authorization for your procedure. This must be obtained before your surgery can be scheduled. Please inform the office immediately of any changes in your insurance profile (such as name or address) or plan coverage.
Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. If you are considering cosmetic surgery, our patient counselor will meet with you at your initial consultation to discuss the cost of surgery and the scheduling process. Your consultation fee is due at the time of your office visit, and all surgical fees are due approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your surgery. For cosmetic procedures, a scheduling deposit may be required to hold a surgery date.
While we do not handle any in-house financing, CareCredit® patient financing is available (see below). We also accept the following credit cards:
