Our Staff

Our patients frequently comment about "the personal and caring nature" of our staff. Each member of our office staff is a highly-qualified individual with not only plastic surgery knowledge and experience, but also a desire and goal to deliver the best care and services to all of our patients.

Carolyn Erhardt: Bringing over 25 years of practice management experience, Carolyn is our Office Manager. She oversees the practice and is the leader of our team approach to patient care. Carolyn is also the Site Coordinator for the two Allergan 410 ("Gummy Bear") breast implant studies that Dr. Erhardt has been participating in over the last nine years. Susan Juneau: Working in the clinical areas of the office for over 8 years, Susan has the dual responsibility of Skin Care Specialist and Medical Assistant. When she is not assisting Dr. Erhardt while he is seeing patients, Susan, our certified Skin Care Specialist with advance training, offers such services as microdermabrasion and various chemical peels, as well as, a variety of other treatment modalities to help rejuvenate your skin. Kelly Bozeman, RN: Bringing over 20 years of nursing experience, Kelly is well versed to handle the oversight of the clinical areas in the office. In addition to her nursing experience, she has over 6 years of plastic surgical experience working with Dr. Erhardt. With her expertise and caring nature, she can answer your questions and provide you with the information to make you feel comfortable and informed.
